I’m just over the moon about having the chance to co-own Astrid  with Leslie.  Her sire is NIPPO/USA CH GCH Kurojishi Go Akakiyosou “Kuro” who took first place in a competitive the Waka Inu II class at the NIPPO Classic in 2016. Kuro won Best Male, the Heritage Award & the Supreme Award (BIS) at the 2017 Classic! Her grandsire is  NIPPO/USA CH Shunjuu Nanaou Go Fukaya Shunjuusou “Haku”. Haku won BSA Saikosho in 2016 and won Saikosho at the 2018 NIPPO Classic West. Haku’s sire is Nananishiki Go Saku Asukaen who was the NIPPO Grand National Saikosho & Prime Minister winner in 2014 with a Shiba entry of over 500! This is a line breeding on Haku/Nananishiki.

Astrid was entered in the NIPPO Classic East where she placed 2nd in class out of 5 puppies in the NIPPO Classic sweepstakes under NIPPO judge Kazuaki Iwasa. The puppy that beat her won BOS in Sweepstakes, so I feel this was a great honor.
